Most Productive Morning Ever: How to Implement

There is a clear correlation between the achievement of our objectives and the morning routine, and it should support our pursuit of our objectives.

A morning routing is what you do in the morning, from getting up to going to work or going to work. It is up to you to finish.

Productive Morning

A typical morning routine may be like this for a subcontractor:

  • Alarm goes off. Snooze button fumble. Repeat three or four times. Or just completely turn it off and doze it off.

  • Eyes are flying open. Reach to the panic alarm / phone for time. "I slept away!" Go to the bathroom, hurry up and hurry up to the kitchen for coffee and maybe a quick bite.

  • Race to search for a working pack, make sure it’s got it all. Can’t find car keys or socks.

  • Pour the coffee in the travel cup, collect the bag and keys, say goodbye to the family and work quickly. Live in the flow.

  • Get to work late and be grumbling all day long.

Any sound familiar to that? Some of it does for me, I know.

The night before, a good morning routine starts. It takes no more than 10 minutes to pack your working bag, place your shoes and keys in front of you and lay out the clothes which you’ll wear in the morning.

Such things take at least twice as long as you hurry, so you dwell on the fact that you run late.

Next switch your monitor to your dresser or go out of bed to disable it. Leave your mobile with your work bag if you’re not working at night to call.

Go early to bed. Taking 7 to 8 hours to sleep before the alarm begins.

Choose and stick to the number that works for you. When the alarm sounds, you have to leave the bed to turn it off. Make sure it’s a loud, distracting warning, not soft chime that you’re going to sleep. Don’t return to bed. Ideally, now you practice. You can start 5 hard minutes. Get your heart rate up and work a bit sweat, hopefully.

Even if it’s jumping and stretching, you can do something. Increasing the training time up to 30 minutes or more.

Yeah, you’ve got the time. Start every day a little earlier. Dress and shower for the day. Have a nice meal, even if it’s all toast. Take your working bag, keys and everything you need, and go to work 15 minutes earlier. You should start working from home 15 minutes earlier.

This is a wonderful day for you. Morning exercise can make a difference for your day in the world. You’re positive and you’ve done something already. Your morning is from a hurried mess to an organized time of positive acts and behaviors. You can do a lot more with your morning routine. For example, walk the neighborhood. Pray or ponder for 5 to 10 minutes. Write your journal. Spend 15 or more minutes on your side whirlpool.

Everything and everything sets the tone for the day. You’ve done something or more before the work day starts. You’re not grumpy about how awful the day went. You set yourself up to focus on your goals and hit the ground. Clear goals are important for your performance.

Everybody thinks they know how to accomplish goals, but at times we don’t learn or recall those things.
